Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the MyLog app and website (the “Service”), provided by Canyas LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

MyLog helps you record and track field service jobs, including by voice using AI. It is a record-keeping tool. It does not provide engineering, safety or financial advice, and it does not create invoices or quotes.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Your content

You own the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to record the information you enter, including details about your customers.

4. AI-generated drafts

Job drafts and search results are produced by AI and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review every draft before saving and do not rely on the Service as the only record for safety-critical, legal or billing decisions.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the Service: no unlawful use, no attempts to access other users’ data, no reverse engineering, and no overloading or disrupting the Service.

6. Price

The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid features in the future, we will tell you the price before you are charged, and payments will be handled by Apple or Google under their terms.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will try to give notice of significant changes and let you export your data first.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Canyas LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue or profits arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections where you live.

11. Apple

If you downloaded MyLog from the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple has no responsibility for the Service or its support.
