Delete your MyLog account and data

This page explains how to delete your MyLog account and the data associated with it. MyLog is developed by Canyas LLC.

Option 1: In the app

1. Open MyLog and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

[Make sure the app has this option before launch. Apple requires in-app account deletion for any app that lets users create an account.]

Option 2: By email

If you can’t access the app, email support@dodelka.com from the email address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my MyLog account”. We may ask you to confirm the request. We will complete it within 30 days.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can delete individual jobs, machines, sites or companies inside the app at any time. You can also email us to request deletion of specific data.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login details
• All companies, sites and machines you created
• All job records, including notes, quote and invoice details
• All transcripts [and any stored voice recordings]

What may be kept, and for how long

Deleted data is removed from our live database right away and from backups within 30 days. We may keep limited records longer if the law requires it, for example records of your deletion request.
